We have two phones, an iPhone 13 and a 14. Starting around May 4th, we have been having constant problems with dropped calls, incomplete connections (you answer but the line says disconnected), and if the wifi drops, the cellular service does not kick in. We had an entire day where both phones were completely useless. We never left the house, yet no wifi and no cellular, only SOS mode.
We have rebooted phones and wifi boxes several times. Nothing changes. The phone settings are correct, so that is not the issue. Is there work going on in the area that is causing this?
