I've been using Verizon in my town for over 5 years now and in the last two years the service has gotten drastically worse. There are times where I supposedly have full bars and LTE connection and am unable to send or receive text messages. I haven't experienced this with other carriers and now feel as though the only solution is to make that change. The website says you can contact customer service until 9 PM every day of the week but I'm on eastern time and at 7:45 I called and it said the offices were closed. You'd think a major company would have it together with something as simple as hours of operation, but apparently all I'm doing is wasting my time and my money. We have six lines and I'm afraid Verizon can non longer give us the service we came to depend upon.

I was told by tech support they don’t understand why this is happening, and they understand if I need to switch back to T Mobile. This service is unusable, I can barely use my data or send texts no matter where I go in my entire state. Even the areas with 5G is so bogged down. Everyone in my life that uses Verizon is fed up. I moved from T Mobile and I never ever had these issues. Verizon is not cheap and when your friends that use StraightTalk get better service than you do, you know something is wrong. Doesn’t take tech support to figure that out.
not hard, not software, just an issue with Verizon. Again T-Mobile never had this issue with literally the same phone in the same area. Had to wait 10 minutes to get enough network to type this (everyday between noon and 5 network is almost non existent in a major urban area).

Aenglish88, your service shouldn't be impacted in the whole state like this. We've sent a direct message to further assist with this. Thank you.
