I am in Chico, California. I want to know why I have to go outside to send texts. I want to know why I have one or no bars in my house. I am not in the fringe of Chico so what the heck is going on. If something doesn't change by the end of year, good-bye Verizon. I have been with Verizon for many years and I am tired of this poor service.
