Shocked Verizon has poor coverage near SeaTac airport Marriot

Question

Been a VZ customer since before they were VZ. I have two phone on the unlimited data plan. Last weekend I spent at the Seatac Marriot and was shocked to find no data coverage inside or outside the Hotel. What gives VZ? DO I need to change carriers to get decent coverage ?

Per the TOS, service in not guaranteed everywhere. [ Customer Agreement | Verizon Wireless ] There is nothing that can be done to better service in the area, other than posting a new service tower, which takes longer than I feel you're willing to wait.
