We live in Covington, LA. When hurricane Ida hit we left and went to Pensacola,FL while there we switched to Verizon from att.
I’m getting .05 mbps download speeds. Is there something I can do ?

I’ve toggled the airplane mode, reset network and have shut the phone off and turned it back on
at work the zip code 70129, I’m getting .39 mbps download speed and upload is .57
is there anything else I can try ?
