Wow! PJNNC284, I just left Holden Beach yesterday from vacation. Drove in to Wilmington to get a Thunderbolt, Xoom and Samsung 4G hotspot. Couldn't wait, had to have!

Not sure to what extent you can't post since you posted the comment "Cannot post. Using IE9 Why not ?"

Please elaborate.

Are you using IE9?  Hit the little compatibility mode icon to the left of the refresh icon on the address bar.

I agree. Now, if we can just get a bit more than 10GB/mo I might even cancel RR!

How did you get an image in your post? I can't find a way to do that.

Thanks!

Note: tried a copy/paste for the image and looks fine but when I click "Post" I get an error that I am over the 20,000 character limit. Bummer.

You should be able to hit the icon above the post box that looks like a tree, choose From Another Site,  Paste the link into the Image URL box and hit load image and then Insert image.

Edit:  it looks like you have to be a Bronze contributor or higher to post images. http://community.vzw.com/t5/Announcements/Verizon-Community-Ranking-System/td-p/21291

In Norman, OK I have been recording speed test of the network on my phone using the speedtest.net app. On the 20th of April there was a change in service. As documented here. This is a portion of my e-mailed cvs file from my phone:

Date                     ConnType     Lat              Lon          Download Upload    Latency    ServerName InternalIp             ExternalIp

4/20/2011 12:53        Cell         35.21073 -97.43962   20,170       22,670      108          Bixby, OK  10.190.24.162   166.249.193.103

4/20/2011 12:56        Cell         35.21073 -97.43962   24,315       23,903      106          Bixby, OK  10.190.24.162   166.249.193.103

4/20/2011 19:34        Lte          35.22701 -97.48721   18,630         4,393       89           Bixby, OK  10.174.177.190 166.249.192.109

4/20/2011 19:34        Lte          35.22701 -97.48721   32,840         3,347       95           Bixby, OK  10.174.177.190 166.249.192.109

Notice that the ConnType changed from Cell to Lte and the upload speed is below 5 mB/s. Verizon *611 is unable  tell me the difference between Cell and Lte as the connection type and the speed change is obvious. Often in Norman and my residence outside of Norman I am in the 1.5 mB/s upload range. Both of these locations are well within the 4G service area mapped by Verizon. Even at the Verizon company store in Norman the upload speed isoften below 3 mB/s

This occured before the 4G outage at the end of April
