I had okay cell signal in the Denver area until last Thursday. In most spots, i have NO service at all. Not my house, not my job, not on the highway as i commute. In a few places, i'll get maybe 2 bars of 4g.
I took it to a Verizon store and they replaced the SIM. No luck. I took it to a samsung repair place, they say its the charging port that affects my signal.
That may be but why am I not the only one nation wide with this issue? Why is it that other Verizon users in my zip code have little to no service in what should be a 5g urban area? This wasn't a problem until last week.
