I purchased a five gift cards at my local Verizon Store in December of last year. I used four of the five with no issue, but when I tried to use the last card, it gives me an error that "The Gift Card Number or the PIN used is invalid". I tried reaching out to Customer Service, but they have not been able to rectify the issue and it's already been over a month. Is there someone who can assist me with this?
