I purchased a five gift cards at my local Verizon Store in December of last year. I used four of the five with no issue, but when I tried to use the last card, it gives me an error that "The Gift Card Number or the PIN used is invalid". I tried reaching out to Customer Service, but they have not been able to rectify the issue and it's already been over a month. Is there someone who can assist me with this?
We can certainly assist you with your gift cards. Is there an expiration date listed on the gift card?

There is no expiration date on the gift card and it says on the back “This Gift Card has no expiration date...”
