Tmobile fake 4g

HA ...has anyone seen their mytouch 4g commercial? They are saying they have the largest 4g network when in fact its just hspa+ which att already has... LOL can someone say FAIL. Im surprised their customers have not sued for false advertising.

Dude, no one has real 4G yet. Not even LTE will be real 4G.

Dirge00... what? LOL wimax and LTE are both 4g. Lte being faster. tmobile has 3.5g which is basically hspa thats had a firmware update lol. tmobiles parent company refuses to upgrade because they are broke. wimax will not be faster because sprint instead of making money, they are losing money each quarter.

No, he's right. In order to be considered 4G, the network has to be capable of 100 Mbps (mobile) and 1 Gbps (fixed) speeds. That is the standard any network needs to be considered 4G. WIMAX, LTE and HSPA+ do not meet that standard.

No US carrier has 4G, or will have it within the next several years.

Actually thats all incorrect. 4G stands for fourth generation in the cell phone industry. its each companies fourth geration of there branded network. Yes 4G is suppose to be however fast, but If you want to get technical it really stands for fourth generation of each carriers network. Read the fine print its all explained.
