Unable to get both 3G and 4G LTE to work on my Brand New Apple IPhone 5.

Any one else having the same problem? Please note that this was an Apple Dot Com Purchase and was not purchased directly from Verizon Wireless, however I did make sure to indicate that I had Verizon as my Cell Phone Service Provider and I also provided all the Required Security Info at Check Out.

was wondering if the network is down. The 4G network isn't working on my Motorola Droid 4 right now. It worked today and just notice this evening some time after dinner I didn't have a network connection. Is anyone else having problems?

Oh wow! I am very sorry to hear that your data network was not working when you received your device! How is it working now? Was the phone activated and able to make calls? Please also make sure that under Settings-General-Network that Cellular data is turned on. Please let us know!

For some reason or another both my 3G and my 4G LTE stops working when I activate a 4 Digit Sim Card Password. It just happened again today, so I had to turn the SIm Card Password off again today in order to get the 4G LTE working again today.

Hummm, very interesting. So when you do NOT have a SIM card password, your data works just fine? But when it is enabled, your data will shut off completely or will it just fluctuate back and forth? Did you have the SIM card replaced at all during the activation process? Try to also reset network settings (Settings, General, Reset) and see if it works again. Please keep us updated. Thanks!

Sounds like a bug, but why do you particularly want a SIM password? Always seemed to make more sense to me on PAYG GSM phones. Your Verizon plan doesn't depend on credit stored on the SIM. (I assume there is a way to lock the handset itself)
