Verizon Email order

Verizon hasn't emailed my orders to me for me to confirm that my order is correct and when I try to track the order verizon's website says it can't be found. Verizon you have every poor service! chatting with support they would tell me I should get an email later confirming my order when I never got one from my orders.

call support.. i wonder if your email isn't on file, or if it is in your spam

I checked spam and called them n they just told me I should receive one when it ships but that email did not have what I had ordered in it and when I try to get into my order on the verizon site it says the order number does not exist for all of my orders and I'm using the order number and everything that they gave me

I am having this same issue now. Did you ever get the phone?

My service has been extended but no confirmation email. 20 months ago I extended and got droid2 and I did get the confirmation email.
