Verizon Issues with iPhones in Columbus, OH

Having trouble today with all of our family iphones. Dropped calls, one-way or no voice issues, volume changes, disconnect when phone is answered! I went into Verizon store, and they said more than 30 customers had been in today for same issues. They reset network settings and put in new SIM card. No improvement! Help!

Slbabcock, you have taken some great steps to ensure that you are back online. While we are not seeing any reported issues in the area, obviously something is happening with your phones. Have there been any recently added apps, games or software? Does this happen at one specific location or everywhere you travel?
