Verizon Low Phone Service Signal

Dear Verizon,

I was with AT&T for over 30 years and I just switched to Verizon yesterday. I woke up this morning and I had no phone service and then had to reboot my phone an notice that I only have 1 bar of signal. This doesn't seem very positive. What could be the problem. I live in town just 5 minutes from the Verizon store.

Is there a problem with Verizon and Sparklight Internet?

Thanks for taking the time for reaching out again.  That is a good question about the Sparklight internet.  Would your be able to tell us more.  What problem have you experienced?  Connecting to the home internet Wi-Fi?  What happens when you connect to Sparklight?  We are definately here to provide assistance.
