All 4 phones in my family have no 4G LTE. Switching to 3G will get data sometimes, but they are very unreliable. Is there an outage in the Queens/Nassau area in NY (03/09/2013)?

I wish Verizon has an official page for local network outage. Calling them, then wait for 30 minutes just to find out "Yes, there's an outage in you area is a painful experience."
