My husband had a phone on our plan and no longer uses it because he is bed ridden and has not walked in over a year. how do i go about turning his line off so i will stop being charged for it
Call Customer Service or stop by your local Corporate Verizon store; you can't cancel a line on-line. If the line is still under contract, there will be an Early Termination Fee.
