My service has been awful, at times I am not even able to send a text. Is something going on with your service?
Hey, Julie522. You should definitely have good service in Metro Detroit. My mother hasn't been having any issues there. We're here to help you figure this out. Please provide us with more details regarding your experience. When did this start? Are calls and data affected? Has anyone else been experiencing the same issues?
