Where did my promo minutes go??

Several years ago, i was offered 250 promo minutes to be added to my plan. I am on a very old plan of 300 anytime minutes, and have added data and texting. So total I've had 550 minutes for a several years at least and have never had a problem. In fact, the "minutes used" graphic always reflected the total minutes allowed of 550.

However, last month it switched back to 300. And now, I can't find any mention anywhere of my 250 promo minutes which I received for upping my contract several years ago (probably 5 years ago).

Where did those minutes go and can I get them back?? Thanks!!

If the added minutes, bonus minutes, or whatever they were called, were a "promo", it may have been for a limited time (12 months, duration of contract, etc) though you state it has been 5 years - a long time for a promo! Did you recently change anything on the account? When was the last time you upgraded or swapped out phones?

What were the original terms of the promo (if you remember)?
