A few months ago I have got a new 5G Home Internet router from one of Virezon stores, the store's agent told that all I need is just to connect the router to power, wait for a light, and everything will be ready to connect via wi-fi.
Yes, the router is working, the light is on and all my home devices see it but somehow the agent did not add the router to my plan (how nice - you have a plan but you do not have an active router). I got that something is wrong with the activation in about a week after the purchasing called the Virezon tech support. The representative promised me to resolve the easy issue and e-mail me a confirmation. He never replied and the issue was not resolved.
Today for a few hours I have wasted my time in chat and called them but nothing was done; countlessly they have transferred me with promising that they got all my info, IMEI Id of my router, and the problem will be for sure resolved... the last one asked me again what is my name and what kind a problem I have: I have dropped the like, it is humiliating. Why for hours I have to ask you to activate your own router?
This note is like a last hope someone from management with see what is going on in the department(s). The worst that in a few days I will have to recall you - the router is still inactive under my account.
