This week my phone has been acting up and where im used to seeing LTE there is now a 1x and I cannot use the internet unless im connected to wifi.
What have you done so far? 1st step is to reboot the phone.
STERAM74, data is an important part of your smartphone. Let’s make sure we get you back to 4G LTE speeds. What zip code are you in? Are there any other Verizon users with the same issue as you? Do you get 4G LTE in any other area?
