Why is it so hard to get network coverage fixed

As a customer for over 10 years I'm now forced to move to a different carrier as Verizon's data coverage is absolutely horrible in Apache Junction, AZ area zip code 85119 and surrounding areas. This is a town of 40,000 people year round that increased to 90,000 for 5 months of the year. This has been an ongoing issue but I've tried accessing technical support and it's frustrating and worthless. One would think whey you try to access MyVerizon for troubleshooting from your phone and that fails it would trigger them to look into the problem. Nope.
It's so bad multiple neighbors have posted up on Nextdoor about it.
Some of the places in the middle of town that data doesn't work or seldom does and I'm talking in a convertible vehicle I seldom get data service.
Sonic and Ace Hardware in Apache Junction
Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce
O'Reilly Auto Parts in Apache Junction
Basha's Grocery Store in Gold Canyon
Home Depot in Mesa on the corner of Crismon Rd and Hwy 60
My house granted 3 miles outside of town but I'm on the top of the hill with a direct line of site of 270 degrees of the Phoenix valley and can see the TV towers 36 miles away from my home.
These are just some of the many places in this area. I typically get better service up North camping in the woods than I do in the Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Mesa area.

Our Coverage Map can be viewed here: https://www.verizon.com/coverage-map/. If your address isn't receiving the service specified in our Coverage Map, please feel free to send us a Private Note, so we can dive a bit deeper.

No need for a private message here's the exact addresses where I seldom get data coverage and it's been an ongoing problem. Most of these spots I can never get data coverage to even check in for an order I placed or anything else. The Home Depot has been a problem for 3 years when Covid started half the time I would have to call the store to check in because the data will not work and it still continues to be problems now.

You can send me a mesage with settings to check but I doubt it's settings related and I've gone through the various time wasting steps with the phone tech support before. This has been an ongoing problem for probably 3 years and I've finally had enough.
On our Nextdoor dot com site there is one thread with over 80 replies all of people complaining about Verizon service. Most switched to T. I swear I had better service 10 years ago when I moved here than I do now.
So I don't think all of us have bad settings. If Verizon wants to do something send your techs out and get the problems fixed. It's not our phones or settings, it's your towers or lack of. It's pretty bad when in a town this size your data doesn't even work at the towns Chamber of Commerce.
I'll be joining the other 80 so that's (80*$80) or $6,400 per month loss for Verizon, $76,800 per year just from the people who responded to the one Nextdoor post.

I agree this 100% the fact I had to come home and get on my Wi-Fi just to reply to it sitting outside Safeway parking lot in Apache Junction live across the street from the high school back in the day when Verizon only had 3G, nobody could compete with them, but in the 5G world they are losing bad to AT&T out here. if Verizon is smart they will see that this is one of the fastest growing cities in the state right next to Santan Valley and if they want to be competitive they’re gonna need install some towers cause there is a lot of Verizon customers about ready to jump ship.

Service on Apache trail is so bad. I’m thinking of switching but don’t know where to switch to. I do some driving for Walmart delivery and the service is so bad at the Walmart in Apache Junction as well and it makes the job hard. It’s very frustrating.

Momof3ninjas, my apologies for any confusion. What we mean is where are you exactly when this happens. For example, are you home when this happens, at work? Just the general location as we don't want you putting your address or anything personal on this forum.
