My service continues to be bad even though I live near three 4G towers and a 3G tower. At least 4 times I have been on the phone with Verizon Technical services and nothing changes. It is ridiculous that I live in Sandy Springs GA and that my service was better in the rural mountains of Hungary this summer than it is at my home. Does anyone at Verizon care?
