Why does a caller get a message that my mailbox is full and cannot accept messages and how do I correct that????
Being able to receive voice-messages is a critical part of the wireless service, ljsickle. Rcschnoor is correct as if the mailbox if full, this would then prompt for this message to be heard by callers. We can help get you pointed in the right direction to have the voicemail updated. What type of device do you use (make/model)? What voicemail service do you use? For example, visual, basic, etc. Thanks in advance.

There are no messages and still getting the full message. Rather condesending answer there. Obviously the average, normal person would delete the messages. The question only arises when the message will not go away. I for one delete messages as soon as I read them.
