I have incredible Verizon WifiFi Overages. When I started with the account, we never went to 5 and had it for several years. Then we upgraded to the new 4G Lite (even though after we realized we didn't have it in my area). Then the Wifi started creeping up in usage....and we updated the usage in our plan. Verizon had no idea why our usage continued to rise - of course always thought it was us uploading some info. Absolutely nothing had changed at all with our usage.
Now it's over twice! What can I do? When I went to the Verizon store they didn't even offer to do anything. (I'll never go there again for assistance). Seems like there's lot of complaints.
