i recently renewed my $50 plan that comes with 7 g. After doing so, now my data doesnt work. my account says i have 100% of my data usage avalible. But i just cant get connected to the web. HELP
do you have wi-fi only with network disabled?
We want to make sure you have service at all times. Do you still have issues with data connection? Are any other services having issues? What kind of phone do you have? Have you tried any troubleshooting with your device?
