iPhone 14 lack of cell service

A week ago I traded in my IPhone 12 Pro for a IPhone 14 Pro. Ever since then, the 14 pro has horrible cell connection, losing singal when next to a window, having the service say “SOS” on the screen and even horrible sound quality. I had no issues on my IPhone 12 but since the new model 14 Pro, it’s been a nightmare and a waste of money. I did all the trouble shooting and the signal is horrible for the IPhone 14. Anyone got suggestions?

Of course I updated the IOS and reset all the settings once I got the phone from the store. It didn’t work. Getting the IPhone 14 was a horrible mistake

To send a private message vzw_customer_support, you can click on their username displayed on their post above to bring up their profile card overlay, and then click on "Send message" located in the bottom right corner of the overlay.  Alternatively, you can navigate to their profile page here, and then click on the "Message" button located under their username in the top left area of the page.
