is today the last day in the billing cycle?

I am out of data. Verizon says I have "0" days left until the next billing cycle. So, does that mean my next month's data starts today? if so, what time? Or do I have to wait until tomorrow? I'm on Safety Mode. I'm not sure what I can, and cannot do. I DON'T want my bill to go up anymore, that's for sure!

Your bill will tell you when you cycle is. If it says it runs from 3/19 thru 4/18, then you have to wait until 4/19 until your new billing cycle begins at 12:01 AM.

if you have Safety Mode enabled, then even if you are "out of data", you will not incur any overage charges. You will still be able to use some data (maybe to check email) but it will be very slow - no video, websites may or may not load, etc.
