im trying to live chat w/ someone and i dont know how... how do i get someone to chat w/ me about upgrading my phone???
There is no live chat. Sometimes when you're shopping on-line for a new phone, a rep will chime in with a version of live chat ... you may want to try that route, or use the Contact Us link at the top of the page to contact Customer Service.
Live Chat with an online Verizon Wireless sales rep isn't always available on the Verizon Wireless website. Usually if you start shopping for phones, a chat window will pop up if someone is available.
