Does anyone know how to reach out to the verizon.com web engineering department? There are a few issues that I'd like to report.
- navigating from a linked "mobile" and "home" account hardly ever works, endless page refresh
- unable to edit any options in account settings > Security, constant "Oops! something went wrong."
- unable to edit any options in account settings > Account Management, constant "Oops! something went wrong."
- unable to add additional "Contact numbers" in account settings > Contact & Billing
To name a few.
