no cell service in/around home

Hello, I have no service in or around my home/neighborhood. When I'm home, it's not a problem because I can use wifi but when I have no power or my internet service goes down, I'm not able to use my phone for calls, internet, text, anything.

Hello, scodianne, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue with service at home. How long has this been happening? Are you seeing a "No service" indicator on your phone? How far away from your home do you have to travel before service improves?

I've had this problem since I moved here in August 2019.

Usually, I'll see 0-1 bar. I can't remember ever seeing no service

How far away from your home do you have to travel before service improves?

1-2 blocks in any direction will have spotty coverage so I might drop calls/not be able to access gps/maps apps. after 1-2 miles it will generally work.
