Who can I call to report a horribly rude supervisor? I tried to set up a payment to automatically come out of my bank and he was talking over me and interrupting me the entire time. I was trying to ask him questions about my bill and paying it and he actually made me cry! I’ve never had a rude CS rep in the 15 years that I’ve had Verizon wireless service. I just can’t believe that he wouldn’t help me. I ALWAYS get great CService - has me rethinking who I should give my business to. After all I do pay $350-400/month for our Verizon Wireless bill!!!! And I know there are many other carriers that I could be paying 1/4 of that!
