I also paid $400 for security deposit as many people did almost 2 years ago. I was supposed to get a refund that money but I could not for some reason
I do not know. So I called the department that supports this problem on 11/13. She, my supporter, re-requested the check to refund and said, it took 2-3 weeks to arrive. However...... I have not received anything...still!!!!!!!!!. If she re-requested for sure!!! It would have arrive long time ago........I have the number (removed) (it looks like confirmation number, I forgot what it is...)
