Hi, God888! I understand how important is for you to get good service performance at all times.
If you have an Android device: Check on Settings > Mobile networks, and verify the roaming is disabled.
Then go to General management > Reset > Reset mobile networks.
After this, power-cycle your device.
If you have an Apple device: Check on Settings > Cellular > Cellular data options, and verify the roaming is disabled.
Then go to General > Reset ot Transfer iPhone > Reset > Reset network settings.
After that, power-cycle your device.
