I have complained and have seen many people in my area complain for several years about poor service between Cleveland avenue NW and Market Ave N in Canton Ohio, once you turn onto any of the streets between 15th st NW and 25th St NW you get 1 bar 5G and lose phone calls. I received a wifi extender back in 2020 to give me 4GLTE, but has not worked for 2 months, I call in talk to tech support get it working then 2 days later stops working. When will Verizon fix this issue?
