Hello deloswilbur,

Judging by your data session log, I take it that you are having some concerns with your data connection. If so then I am more than happy to assist you with your connectivity. Just to confirm from the log that you provided, you are using the Verizon Wireless Mifi 4510L 4G mobile hotspot. May I ask what city and state are you in? I would like to check for any issues at your location that may effect the device's performance. Also, there has been a software update released recently for the 4510L mobile hotspot. Have you completed this update on the device? If not, here is the link to the steps on how to complete with his process.

The great news is that I am glad that you posted the data log onto the forums for the community to review. Once you have completed the software update on your device then you can compare data session logs for improvements in service connections. If you still have additional concerns then please reply back to this message with your findings from completing the steps above.

I recently installed the firmware update and have trouble logging in since... repeated LTE connection failures.I have to admit I'm on an older mac but the device seemed to work better before the firmware update....

Thanks for your response Arnett but since posting that I have given up on LTE and moved back to the MIFI2200. My only goal at this point is to prevent anyone else from getting sucked into Verizon's marketting efforts on a defective service.

I am getting the same message after the firmware upgrade, and now I notice the firmware links are no longer working. Has the update been pulled? Is there a work around to get the device functioning again?

I am having the same problems. This upgrade is worse than the first. I drop connectivity constantly now. Was on with tech yesterday.They can do nothing and as I need this for business travel across the country, it is unacceptable
