$10 free airtime included with pre-pay phone

I bought a pre-paid phone from best buy and set it up for a pre-pay account and just realized that they never gave me my $10 of airtime.  I searched the box and can't find any code or instructions telling me how to receive it.

 

Is this something i take up with verizon or best buy?  please let me know.

The Ten dollar free airtime should have automatically been  there when you activated the account.  Call Customer Service at 1-888-294-6804 and ask about it.  Or go online and check you balance there to see if it has been added.
