I purchased the $50 pre-paid unlimited but my phone says I have to add minutes in order to use my phone. How can that be if I got the unlimited plan?
Is your balance high enought to cover the $50 for the plan? This is a monthly planthat you will need to add $50 to the account before the previous month plan runs out. Otherwise I believe it reverts to pay per use type plan.

No, I didn't know I had to have $50 on my account to switch to the $50 unlimited plan. I thought paying for the $50 plan was all I had to do. But now I know. Thanks,
Another question. I already changed my plan to the $50 unlimited monthly plan, so if I put $50 on my account then I will have the unlimited benefits or do I have to wait until my current plan expires and then do it?
