I live in the US and currently am in Canada for business. Last night I got a SIM notification icon saying activation incomplete after having my phone activated for a few months now. Since this is occuring, I also am not getting the daily Verizon text message saying that I am using my travel pass, so I hope this isnt causing massive roaming charges to my account. I have turned WIFI off and restarted the phone like most have mentioned. Also, I have wiped the cache partition and the error still comes back. Please help!!!! Thanks!

MATTSKAL,
I was unable to get a fix until I came back to the USA yesterday. Verizon
messaged me privately though and looked at my account to make sure my
travel pass was working and that I wasn't being charged roaming. When I
got back in the states the error message was gone after I restarted my
phone. The fix they sent was to remove the SIM card and put it back in and
restart the phone. I simply just restarted when I landed back in the
country and all was well. Hope this helps you.

If any activation issues, the only way to get device to activate is on Verizon towers, hence why it would have re-activated when back in the U.S.

I am in Europe and have the same issue. I also can't seem to find where to ask Verizon for help for my specific phone.

Yes I can phone call from the apartment, text, and use internet. Haven't tried calling from other locations. My service was from NOS a Portuguese provider in Faror. When I tried to restart to refresh the connection in either Tavira or here in Santa Luzia (not sure) I get the incomplete activation notice. Not sure what it means but it may not make any difference unless I am unaware of a problem.
