I need inbound call information for April. It is now October. Can I get that from Verizon if I have a prepaid account?
Yes, you can access history in My Verizon. Go to Balance Details. Then under Event Category choose Voice Calls and keep clicking the red NEXT button until you go back to the date you need. It isn't as easy or straight-forward as postpaid accounts, but it is accessible.
