Before I started my trip, I asked a Verizon agent and he said I can use WiFi Calling while I'm travel in other country. However, when I try to make a call, I'm a iPhone XS MAX user with the lastest OS version, it said "you don't have enought money to place this call, we will trasfer you to a payment system" then I got call fail. It happened at least two weeks. I can't even make a call to customer service.
