DO NOT have a plan, but PAYING for one

I have been charged $30 a month for quite a long time and cannot get through to any human customer service person - spent many hours trying. What else can I do? I have, like others tried all three numbers to reach a service rep, but have reached no human. Any solutions?

What?... I'm not even a Verizon customer and I got through today to warn them of a scan going on... in fact that's the only reason I'm on here now... thought I'll stick around for a bit...lol

BTW.. why would you want a plan or a contract?.. they are all a rip off

How is the charge listed on your credit card/bank account statement? Do you know anyone that may have access to your banking information that has Verizon service?
