Do international plans include calls back to the U.S?

Do international plans include calls back to the U.S. as well as within the countries added to the Travel Planner?

All international plans cover calling back to the U.S by default.

The TravelPass ($10/day or $2/day for MEX/CAN) will only cover local calls and calls back to the U.S but any other country is considered long distance. The 100MB/MSG/MIN or 250MB/MSG/MIN covers ALL voice calls regardless of where to.
