My jetpack network isn't available for me to connect to my PC in order to upgrade the software. Is there a work around in this scenario? Can I connect directly to my PC?
Great question THEJAKE19, you can absolutely plug it in directly which will allow you to use the jetpack and make it easy to do a software update.
