I have the $45 All Set Plan on the LG optimus zone 2 and whenever I send texts to non Verizon customers I get an error code 97 service not available. I was able to text for a day or two now I can only text Verizon customers yet I can receive texts from everyone. Is there any way to fix this

I understand how important it is to use your messaging service. Please check your balance or allowance has not expired or been exhausted. Also, make sure you see service indicators on the top of the screen. The Prepaid department can be reached at 888-294-6804 for assistance.
