My account balance is $60, my monthly plan is $65, but I have $10 in loyalty discounts, and another $5 off (supposedly) thanks to auto pay. But my app says to add another $50 to cover my plan. There's no way my plan is $110. So is Verizon stealing from me? Because my bank account is down the $60+ to include taxes, but my account is inactive. This is the first time I've had this problem in years, but it's enough to make me rethink auto pay. To top it off, I don't have a phone now, so I can't contact a representative for help, and I can't find any email listed to contact support.
