Help!! My auto pay doesnt work!

Ok... so i was on the pre-paid $50 a month, and then i switched to $35... and now it is all messed up my payment day is for 10.24.13 (like today) and i checked to day on my VZW home page on my phone and it said that the payment was due 12.24.13 and im really confused!!!
