I have a Samsung galaxy s6 and I got the unlimited data plan, I turned it off and on, did a network reset and also a factory reset but still doesn't work.
The devices connect to my hotspot but don't have internet.
Is this a prepaid or postpaid account?

Have you used up the high speed data for your plan 3gb 7 gb 10 gb because it drops down to 125 kps and maybe the hotspot will not work with 125 kps.
