I feel kind of dumb asking this. I'm not sure if it's because I haven't had a cup of coffee yet, or not. I Imagine there's a concrete answer SOMEWHERE, but I haven't found it. Coffee may help, but I figured I'd just ask.
My husband is currently in Turkey, and needs to make a phone call to the US (to CT). I've enabled an international plan on his phone (it's active), my bill is up-to-date, etc. He has a Samsung Galaxy s6 edge+. He tried dialing it already, but was barred from calling. Hence the now active international plan. We weren't sure if he was dialing it right. I'm not there with him obviously, so I'm not exactly sure what he was doing.
My question is... how would he dial that to get through? Any help is greatly appreciated
Thank you.
