I can't register, my account is locked.

Hello,

I have a prepaid plan, I would like to use My verizon but I can't register.

It said my account is locked just after I gave my account security code. Even after reset my account security code it is still locked.

How can I do to unlock my account and be able to register in My verizon ?

I think you will have to call the prepaid customer service number at 1.888.294.6804 to unlock the account.

I already called this number but I can't find a way to unlocked my account, that is why I ask here.

There's a way - call the prepaid customer help and they'll send you a link for the virtual assistant. The assistant will offer to set up your account and is not locked like the website is (using PC in my case). I was able to complete my registration. Boy... Verizon really doesn't make it easy, it is perhaps the worst company to get help from.
