I recently installed Windows 10 on my laptop. After installation my Jetpack gives limited internet connection. Other computers work fine but I cannot get anything but Google and Facebook on the laptop. Gives me a domain name error on all others.I can use my laptop on other WIFI networks with no problem.

Do I need to install a new driver? If so where do I get it? Shouldn't it be automatic.

Which Jetpack? Use another computer to login to the Jetpack’s user interface at http://192.168.1.1 and disable IPv6. Restart the Jetpack and try your laptop again.

This did the trick, but to get to the user interface at http://192.168.1. I had to use another WiFi site, when it asked me to log in I dropped the other hotspot, signed in with my jet pack and serial number. it accepted that and then I was able to change the setting of the IPv6 setting. Thanks much Bill

It may not be properly connected to the Jetpack. I would start by deleting the wireless profile you setup for the Jetpack on that device and start over again. This fresh slate should let the Jetpack go back in and renegotiate a clean connection.
